Pillsbury Egg Free Brownie mix

Pillsbury Egg Free brownie mix is used by  bakers for baking brownies.  It is used in premium premix for fine bakery wares. Premixes helps you to retain the colour , texture , taste of your brownie sponge. No need to get the raw material like maida and no need to do accurate measurements to make the cake base. Just use the premix and your brownies are ready in few minutes.

How to use Pillsbury Egg Free Brownie Mix ?

Ingredients

Premium Egg Free Brownie mix                      950 gms

Water                                            300 gms

Oil                                                  150 gms

Baking Temperature 160°C to 165°C

Baking Time : 35-40 mins

Method

1. Add water and Pillsbury Egg Free brownie mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed in a mixer using flat blade for 1-2 minutes
2. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
3. Mix further at medium speed for 3 minutes
4. Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute
5. Pour the batter into the greased vessel and bake as specified.
