    How to use Egg Free Chocolate Flavoured Sponge Cake Premix ?

    Recipe

    Ingredients

    Premium Egg Free                     950 gms

    Water                                            510 gms

    Oil                                                  50 gms

    Baking Temperature 160°C to 165°C

    Baking Time : 35-40 mins

    Method

    1. Add water and Pillsbury Egg Free Sponge Cake Premix Vanilla Flavoured to a bowl and mix at slow speed in a mixer using flat blade for 1-2 minutes
    2. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
    3. Mix further at medium speed for 3 minutes
    4. Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute
    5. Pour the batter into the greased vessel and bake as specified.
