Tropolite Whipping Cream

Tropolite Whipping cream is the non-dairy product used by bakers for Desserts and fillings. This cream is used to decorate cakes and pastries. This cream is a good alternate of cake fillings. It is used to cover cake , which  provides stabilility to the cake. Whipping cream can be mixed with Gel Colors to give it a color. This cream can be used between cake layers as a glue and it also provides a rich taste to the cake.

How to use Tropolite whip cream ?

1. Defrost in chiller at 2°C to 7°C until it is completely melted.
2. Shake well before opening and pour into pan upto 25% of the pan capcacity.
3. Whip first on medium speed until product starts to thicken , then on high speeds until the formation of soft peaks.

NOTE : Be careful do not over whip as over whipping may result in cracking of gateaux
